Channell Supermarket

The shopping experience was good. The staff was helpful since I dont usually shop there so I didnt know the shelves well.

I visited this supermarket to eat lunch! The food menu selections were plentiful; and the staff were very friendly!
The service was moderately fast!

This supermarket has really improved on its product, services and overall presentation. I finish myself here most often in recent times. The variety is excellent for a store as such a location and the prices competitive. If you are about supporting local own supermarket then this is a must shop.

It is not my supermarket for shopping. I go over there to another business place. I love shopping so I go in just to see what they are offering when in the area.

In densely populated area and caters to the lower middle class demographic. The meat section could stand an upgrade (freezers, signage, etc). Recently incorporating some home items into their catalogue.

I like Channell. It might not be fancy, but I LOVE the meat counter. I recently had a few things like cookies and cereal that tasted like soap though.

This supermarket is really expensive and you don't really get enough in terms of fruits and veg for your money

This morning at channelled super was awful.people are in the system was down no supervisor or management came and told you anything

Lovely Supermarket when shopping u can get nice fresh fish
And u don't have to shop and then rush to the market to buy your fish or even fresh meat is there for u to buy. Pleasant Staff and a roomy atmosphere.

Poor service.lagging wait.though cashier was somewhat pleasant.well stocked shelves laid back security. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH cashiers gaffing with each other while dealing with customers.lack of supervisory staff present

The meat abd fish lay out at this location is excellent, it is set up for you to ask for the amount you need.

Systems scanning items rather slowly holding up cashiers and causing patrons to comment negatively leaving cashiers to look at them very dirty

Home close to home. One of my best experiences was here. I hurt my back last year while shopping here: It was a side effect from previous back treatment. The pain was so severe, I could no longer push the trolley. I shouted for help. A young male staff attended came to attention. I explained my pain and told him I needed to complete the shopping. He enthusiastically held my hand and slowly push the trolley with his other. When we got to the Till, he transferred the goods and waited until I paid. He then packed them and assisted me to a waiting chair as I could drive my car home. He was so caring and attentive cry with happiness. The staff at Channel Supermarket are loyal to their task. I always feel at home there. Pp thank you

Items were easy to find.but no clear pricing on the shelves.
The packer at check out was not the most mannerly either.refer to me as 'She' needs CSP train n

Not very good went to sure pay &W. U.it was just awful one person doing two jobs and took lunch no assistance and many persons on line.

Service was ok parking space a bit limited could be better improved supermarket in general could do with overall better lay out

Provides your basic needs if you're on a budget. Customer service training should be introduced to staff.

Its nice and peaceful to shop here however some of the prices make my head hurt. But I like to know that I can shop in piece without to many people surrounding me or being to close to me.

I get certain particular items from there, it's convenient, I live near there. I got these ground provisions & veg from there.

Not my first choice, I have been consistently underwhelmed by the customer service.but who am I to judge, I got tired of having to make complaints and took my business elsewhere. However, they do carry a wide enough variety and were usually open late - pre Covid, so in a pinch or last ditch efforts, they do suffice.
