This has got to be without a doubt the worse customer service on the Island.
They make the staff at Chefette and Kfc look brilliant.
The cashiers at I. Mart are rude and are yet to realise, that without customers they won't have jobs. I went into the store yesterday, the young woman at the check out was miserable, and unmannerly. There was no 'hello', there was no 'please' or 'thank you's, no smile no nothing. In fact when i pointed this out she didn't say another word to me and didn't even bother pushing my goods towards me, she behaved like a petulant child. I realise that working in I. Mart might not be a dream job, but if you clearly dislike what you are doing so much, get a job you flipping like!

I'm sure the manager will respond to this by apologising and saying that you want to really understand what went wrong and that they are keen to learn and train staff. I would be delighted to take you up on this offer, my concern is however, that there was a manager/supervisor in the till area, so, management know exactly how the staff behave.

If I. Mart chooses to employ these vile, mannerless, sullen children to work on the till, customers will find somewhere else to shop.thats what I will be doing.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT! I wish I could give a negative star rating as in less than zero. By far, this place has some of the worst staff I have ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional, very unfriendly, and rude. This unpleasant attitue has happened the majority of the times I visited this store. To be specific, the female cashiers are very fast, but if you dare to ask even a simple question then the attitudes come out. Most recently, while making a purchase I asked the cashier to break down my change into smaller amounts. Her whole face changed and said my drawer is already closed then started walking away. So I asked her to ask the other cashier she was passing by; she replied rudely her drawer is not open yet then looked at me with a wicked glare without telling her and kept walking. This cashier's customer was paying with a credit card. Then I directly asked her myself and she closed her drawer soon as it opened with no response at all. I asked again more sternly and she claimed she didn't hear me. Then said she only has two five dollar bills. If I didn't ask I wouldn't know cause she wouldn't say anything. On the other hand the only person who helped and acted with sense was the male cashier who replaced the cashier that walked away, he seemed to either be the manager or just possess some customer service skills. This last time as he was arriving to the cash register the cashier next to him stuck out her hand with the change with a reciept under it but she was with another customer. Common sense would make you think it was for the current customer in front of her. It was the customer that signaled to me that the cashier was giving me the change. Now if she would have just opened her mouth and said something and not acted like she had no sense or was mute I would know it was for me. Additionally, most of the female cashiers need some customer service training to keep repeat business. I would rather walk a mile to another store than return here. Check your cameras on September 17,2022 around 12: 30pm to see the body language/attitudes. I am truely utterly disgusted.

Owner / management there is a serious customer service issue in store (lantern store) I returned on numerous occasions assuming that this may be an isolated incident but unfortunately this was a problem that reoccurred on each visit. Your cashier staff are treating customers with the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. They are very rude and seem to have the attitude that all customers are simply an annoying occurrence preventing them from their group chat.

Very unhelpful staff, seems as if you get looked at like a piece of s.t. Very rude vibe from them. Very expensive also.

Many of the aisles are quite small and only allow one person to pass through at a time. Some of the staff aren't very courteous and I've seen on several occasions one or two of the younger members of staff not wearing a face mask properly or at all.

Prices are more expensive than Massys but I guess you could argue that is to be expected of a smaller store. As a convenience store, it's OK. They stock a reasonable range of food and drink products.

The coffee machine in this convenience store is terrible: every drink it produces is overly sweet. Fix Cafe are nearby and they make excellent milk-based drinks.

Service was fantastic. Staff even took time today to help me wrap a last minute gift. Above and beyond.

This store had pretty much all you need if visiting. Food drinks alcohol medicine and super fast cashiers. Came by a few times and no issues finding what we needed. I expected quite a bit higher than the US but was surprised. Opposite or close to KFC. Front end parking and if you are leaving to go towards Bridgetown be careful as you pull out and turn. Buses are not friendly. Oh you have to pay for plastic bags which is a bit cheap.

So I found my new pharmacy! Was able to call and confirm that they had what I needed. Got there and the pharmacist was friendly and discussed my meds with me. Price was also very reasonable. Great experience!

Wide range of products including Halloween costumes! Also useful: flip flops for beach, beer, rum, snacks
