Massy Stores SuperCentre Warrens opiniones
52Where it is located is pretty convenient in Warrens. It also has a wide and excellent variety of goods. The deli section also usually has an interesting selection of foods like premade sandwiches, subs and salads as well.
Awful I bought a whole set of items, they refused to put the cold stuff in a bag i ask for a refund will never shop there ahain
Good service but sometimes the quality of the produce is sub par. Wish they would bring back Pages so that I don't have to go all the way to Bridgetown.
Massy I great store stock with almost the brands you won't find in some other supermarkets. Just a couple of cents more you will hv to pull out yr pockets, I hope the public can see reduce prices on other items and not only on the items that are on sale.
Massy is a lovely place to Shop.
My experience is that it's a place where u can Shop get almost everything u needs in it trolley. And u can meet people that u haven't seems in year's. And the red Dot Specials are great.
Shopping is easy. Price are skyrocketing don't know the reason however, I like the most of the items are of great quality.
More customer service training is required for some cashiers as they interact with customers and need to be mannerly, courteous and professional.
I find most of the things I want, prices aren't reasonable, fresh bread section, produce section and a wide selection of gourmet cheeses
Fantastic variety, well organised, great seasonal products and produce, bigger variety of products than all other Massy stores. The home section is great, and so is the bookstore and the pharmacy section.
The only downside is that there is NO TOYS section for children, whereas other smaller Massy stores have a small toy section.
You can buy almost everything here. Another issue is the price. Its not cheap. But at least good quality.
Offerings of a good variety of products - although some of the accustomed brands are mostly not available as they were at the once Super Centre business.great local produce;spacious aisles. Robust sanitizing practices and a must for face masks on entering the store. Snaking line around the building on my last visit but fortunately I was able to enter in approximately 15-20 mins to go to the pharmacy.
I enjoyed shopping at Massy for over 16 yrs. The service is excellent however there are always room for improvement.

Love the bread. The fresh bread is delicious. My only issue is the fact that since change of ownership the range of products diminished significantly.
Nice big one. You can get most of your pantry and kitchen needs here.:) Staff is always helpful.:) But then again, Bajans are just kind friendly people.:)
The food item products are high quality and many brand options to choose from. It is not only a Supermarket but has a variety of other convenient stores such Massy deli and bakery, Surepay, Massy Pharmacy, Pages book store, Iexchange, Western Union, Massy hardware and furniture store.
Long lines on the outside but still is one of the preferred shopping locations on island.
Be sure to walk with an umbrella or cap with some water as their is limited shade outdoors.
Expect to be sanitised on entry and prepared for the mandatory restricted numbers inside the supermarket. Kudos to the staff working to keep the place safe and shelves stocked every moment of the day.
Because of the season and the timing. It was very busy both at the cashpoint and western union. However, both experiences were pleasing to the staff that I encountered.
Today I was in Massy Warrens when they closed at 2: 00pm. The queues for the cashier were long and extended into the aisles but at 2: 02 pm a man approached me in a hostile manner and said that the supervisor said I must stop shopping and go to the cashier.
I asked him what was the point of standing in line for 15 minutes when I could select the few remaining items on my list and then proceed to the cashier.
He then shouted after me that the staff have to go home.
I let him know that they are not doing me a favor because I’m paying for the groceries. Furthermore I suggested he send the supervisor to me and told him that I do not believe he would have behaved that way if I was a white customer.
I also told him that I can leave the groceries there and shop at PriceSmart, Costuless or Carlton Supermarket.
No supervisor ever came to me, I finished making my selections and proceeded to the cashier where I still had to wait behind another customer.
My receipt shows that I paid at 14: 13: 01 pm.
Yes 2: 13 pm. Is it necessary to treat your customers in that way?
I will speak with my feet and take my business elsewhere.
The cashier had an attitude not with me only, but the customer that followed which I noticed. I guess she was having a bad day. In addition, I remember saying good morning and she didnt even answer. Massy's service at Warren's is declining. Third time I have noticed. Imagine after speaking to me sarcastically then she proceeds to address me whom is no friend but a customers as sweetie. I was the least bit impressed. I am a gentle patient person and I treat every one with respect. I guess it is too much to ask people who you are spending your money with to be courteous or kind.
