Expensive and couldn't find an employee to assist with locating items. This has not lived up to expectations

There is a guard from safe who works at the door who is often very rude and unmanned she is in the wrong place.

You have to pay for your own bag if not they will let you walk out the store with the groceries in your hand

Very clean, good food court, prices were the same as smaller shops out and about on the island.

Great little mall. Staff in the supermarket are incredibly helpful. The car park has a few potholes but that's Barbados all over.

Some good products. I normally purchase my Folgers cappuccino from here, however, they have been out of stock lately.

Usually well stocked. Never too too busy. Prices can a bit more by 50 cents than popular supermarkets but because of that you don't have to deal with a crowd. They do offer weekly sales on select items. Took off a star because at some point I expect to be followed around by security.

This supermarket is located inside of a mall which makes it very convenient to also shop for other items. Though it is inside a mall it is still a decent size and you can get most items here.

The location is convenient. The produce is always fresh and there is adequate space in the store to walk around, while making your selections.

Convenient as I'm always able to get what I want. Sadly at times the lines are long and the cashiers are not enough but not much of a complaint. Customer service is always great!

I can say even though this store carry's a wide variety of goods the prices on some of the items is higher than the other supermarket's prices that carry the same items. And I mean the local items really. There can do better.

Probably the best supermarket on the island but does come at a price. Noticed a rotten orange in my shopping and they kindly took it off my bill but the staff were instructed to put it back on the shelf!

I'm always satisfied when shopping at Massy. Yes they may be a little more expensive than other supermarkets. But hey, in my opinion they have a wider selection of products.

Supermarket and Pharmacy where you get can house supplies, food and medicines. It usally has a range of different brands to choose from so you have choices!

The staff are helpful, full of smiles but the IGA Root Beer is terrible! If you know how to shop, then quite a few of the things are not so expensive like Sodabix Multi Grain or the Panadol Non Drowsy. I'm just a wee bit disappointed no more $1.99 medium reusable shopping bags, only the humongous version for $2.99? Also wish there was Reese's Peanut Butter cups and Maltesers are sporadic, their huge sack of Meow Mix is criminal at $74 - you're better off checking when Cost U Less has (PB cups too), yet still Massy Haggatt Hall is an intriguing experience.
