Massy Stores Supermarket Worthing

Store is usually well stocked. Lines can be long at times - located in tourist area. Has deli and sandwich stations, Western Union, Flow, and SurePay. Also, a well stocked pharmacy and small home goods department. Produce is fresh, but often sold out.

Love Big B as a child growing up, that's the name I know ot as and will call it till I died, saw they wpuld take away a Landmark name smh.

It had everything I needed for the week we were on vacation. Clean and very friendly staff.

Variety of groceries, but it's expensive overall. Almost all products in Barbados are imported

Great store with a great selection of local, UK, and US imports. Prices aren’t too bad for most things and the expensive items have a local or cheaper equivalent. Besides the basic sections, this store has a larger fresh fruit/vegetable section, pharmacy, and a home living section. The alcohol section is vast with many options to keep you entertained. They have large batches of fresh coffee and grinders so you can grind your beans before going home.

Great selection of foods and home wares. Appreciate the Waitrose offerings, reminding us of home!

Not the largest or fanciest Massys on the island but it does the job better than Jordans or Trimart.

I did not appreciate the way customers were received by the security guard with a spray bottle. Worse yet, the line one has to do to go into the produce area. I do not wish to return there.

Always quality service here, always clean, always mostly stocked. Just a tad slow at check out but a quality service so you never feel rushed when you are at the counter and forgot take out your wallet/card/cash in preparation to pay.

Location is nice.
Nice variety. Prices are on the steeper side. However it is an amazing location. Staff is nice.

While I appreciate the wide aisles and the convenience of walking straight into the store, service was at snail's pace.

I don't recall ever being that disappointed going into Massy Worthing after 11.00am and not finding produce or items I needed to purchase.

The reason why I have a 3 star is because most of the workers were unhelpful and displayed a negative attitude, however, I must say that most were helpful but i guess the saying is true some bad apples do spoil the whole bunch. Another thing to get ground provisions you have to stand in a line which is so ridiculous because it is an open area and they have made it worse by closing one side of it. Also the so called gate keeper is very unpleasant and rude.

Massy is a great place to shop! You can get all of you supplies and groceries in one location.
There is also a shuttle that takes customers with a lot groceries right to there door!

Miserable unhelpful staff as well as on duty manager, terrible shuttle service, waited an hour and finally gave up and walked home

Conveniently located however doesnt seem to be as well stocked as the Warrens and Holetown locations cashiers are super slow and grumpy never seem to have enough persons on duty to pack your groceries and I recently saw flies in the area that sells the ready done rotisserie chicken ughh!

Its a good supermarket with good produce, the best you can get on an island, so that is where we went on our trip to Barbados. On the negative side: DAMN do the cashiers ever smile? They all look like they HATE their job, if you dont like what you do, go do something else!

It's a supermarket. Food and drink available in abundance. Prices a lot higher than the UK. Surprised to see Waitrose dairy products on sale!

Bathroom facilities needs to be reopen to the general public, been out of order for too long, how do I explain to a 2year old, well the bathroom is out of order you will have to hold it, or should I go back to the car park and let him have the dump there.

A well layed out supermarket with great parking, a wide variety of great products and brands, fantastic customer service and of course GREAT PRICING! You should visit the store to be a part of the customer experience.
