Today I visited the six road outlet, this is the second time in as many weeks that I observed the female attendant/cashier only extended appreciation to female customers for their patronage.
Previously I'd noticed there was a common practice at hotels/restaurants for black bajans female employees to only display friendly professional service to white patrons.
Tell me something management at Nicholls bakeries, have you instructed your female employees to act differentially to your male shoppers?

As Bakeries go Nicholls bakery is a community favourite. They make the delicious goodies right their in their bakery. The selections are never disappointing and options are always mouth watering. You should make a trip to Nicholls Bakery to get your fresh baked good for any household

My second favourite bakery has a wide variety of pastries. Bread, cakes, and beverages. It's fully air conditioned and has nice decor. The products are always fresh and the staff here is friendly and helpful

Best Cheesecake, chocolate cake, vanilla cake, fruit cake and great cake. The bread is also good quality and always fresh. Oh coconut Turnovers are pretty nice too. The staff are very welcoming and respectful.

I had bought some sweetbread in the pass.
Which l find it very dry, burnt overall very very sweet ineed l have tasty better quality sweetbread l am so sorry to say l had to bin Nicholls bread. If sugar can be reduce and not over baked the sweetbread l may consider to buy again

I frequent here alot, to.e this is the best nicholls branch, the bread and the pastries are always consistent and affordable. Parking situation has changed, but still easily accessible

It is family run bakery that goes back to my childhood more than 40+ years. The quality of the bread is good and the customer service is great. Must also mention the covid-19 protocols are in place. Pastries and bread are fresh and well stocked. It also has ramps for wheelchair access. Try the bread you'll be back for more.

Bread and pastires.for me it's the rock cakes and their salt breads.but you can also find lots more bread and pastry there.cakes, donuts, sandwich bread etc.

There was a very good selection of pastries early in the morning, but when I went, the store was busy with people wanting to make quick purchases on their way to work but service was slow with only one employee on duty.

The workers at bibby lane are very unprofessional and uncouth but the ones at sion hill are helpful and very professional.kudos to the sion hill staff

One of the best bakeries in in barbados. Plus you can always get sugar cane juice there too.

One of the smaller bakery on the island with a couple of depots. They offer a wide range of bread and pastries.

Great bread. Must say the salt bread has significantly improved. Best whole wheat sandwich. Good choice for bread and pastries.

As someone who grew up loving your salt bread I cannot find the right words to express my disappointment in the rapidly declining quality of your products. I drew the final straw today when I bit into one of your salt bread rolls which tasted like 100% rubber! I'm not sure if you're trying to cheap your way through to product cost leadership but there are significantly higher quality and more affordable replacement options on the market. I suggest you recalibrate your business model and focus on improving the quality of your products because at this rate you'll chase every last brand loyal customer miles away!

Warm welcoming staff and the bread is always nice and fresh. My #1 choice for bread & pastries.

I have been going to this bakery since I was a toddler, every holiday back to Barbados consisted of a beach day early in the morning, then straight to Nicholls Bakery for some fresh turnovers. They truly are delicious, so happy they’re still going strong. If you love fresh pastries, authentic bajan sweet bread this is the place to go!

There you can find a variety of local baked goods.especially love their whole wheat salt breads. Can improve on the quality of the sweetbreads. Lately they have gotten crumbly. Hard to enjoy that way.
