Membership gets discount on goods. Appliances are discounted compared to other stores. Checked out the freezers and meat looked old, so would not recommend to buy groceries.

It's ok, parking area, wholesale shopping, some the staff need a re-introduction to customer service

I like going there for the price and selection. Wanted a wall fan but didn't purchase because the price has gone up by a lot. The only thing about the store that bugs me is how the items are priced. The price tags are in areas and never on the product. Sometimes it's not even the correct price. They have lovely runners. And loads of mats. Ended up buying and egg holder for 9.99 best price on the island. You shoukd go there good finds sometimes. Overall I'll shop there again.

Spacious parking, wheelchair ramp access to store, good variety, helpful staff, and discount on items purchased if you have a membership card.

Long drive but not an issue. The personal at reception.her mannerism leaves a lot to be desired.not too friendly or professional in her job.

Very good got what I needed pleasant staff, from the young man taking care of the carts, to the manager.

Good old-fashioned warehouse type store. Has a panoramic range of goods, from TVs to various types of booze, to Kellogg's cornflakes, and if you pick the right cashier you get to be serenaded as well!

Best place to shop in Barbados. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and the merchandise is very reasonable.

No variety. I'm surprised they are still opened. They've finally gotten someone to clean the trolleys.

Well this morning I went to ShopSmart in Holders Hill, but when I got there they were still closed. I was told they opens at 9.00 a.m: The door that's for exiting, one of the workers called me & the others to come in through the exit door to do our shopping: OHHH how sweet of her. I appreciated it very much. But I didn't get her name. So sorry. KUDOS to her, & a BIG THANK YOU to her.

I love Shopsmart. May not be as well laid out as Pricesmart or Cost U Less but lots of variety and carries the brand Members Mark which is great quality. Great household cleaning products at great prices. Not a great choice in the fruit and vegetable department in comparison to the others but some good quality products.

Guess due to ppl shopping due to impending bad weather long lines service slow will have to che knwhen mo bad weather

There is some good stuff to get from here. Most products you want and can be bought in bulk at a cheaper price.

It was good felt safe didn"t have a line just walk in shop when you get to the cashier she wipe her countertop after every customer service was efficient and friendly.

Shopping is not the problem after standing in a line for almost a hour the cashier was going to lunch supervisor no 1 said nothing then had to switch lines which was another 1hr and 45mins poor service

I picked an item that said a single on the packet at checkout it scanned as a triple. I told the cashier that it's a single not a triple as scanned. The cashier let me know that she do not price the items only scan them. I them let her know that I am not paying for a triple when I an getting a single. I asked that the transaction be cancelled. She them called a supervisor and they both went to the shelf and checked. They came back with the correct price. Only God knows how many people bought that item and paid the wrong higher price.

A very good variety store with very good value pricing. Sells everything from foodstuff to computers and mechanical tools.
Worth a visit if you are in the area of Holders Hill. It can be tricky to find as the building is set back off the main road with poor signage.
If coming from the coast, drive up Holders Hill in St James and continue until you pass the Holders Cricket field on your right. Turn left at the major stop and then continue on through two corners and past the church until you see the sign.
It is worth a visit, depending on your needs.

It was way better than i expected. For a first time visit. The staff was helpful and professional even for a Sunday visit.

I wanted to let the owner of shop smart know that during the start of the pandemic your store were one out of two 2 stores I used to frequent that I had no problems getting what I needed without a hassle, kudos to you sir and your staff I will always find my way their and shop in peace.
