Subway - Lanterns Mall @ Hastings

It’s a normal subway and everything, but as far as the service goes, it’s absolutely horrible. There was one nice young lady who dealt with me but the other two seriously needs to reevaluate their choice in having a job in customer service where they will be required to interact with all sorts of people. Firstly, when taking our order, she was very impatient with my younger sister (who is 13 by the way) when she was telling her what she wanted. She kept rolling her eyes at the two of us. In addition, there was a moment where she said something to us (keep in mind she had on a Covid mask), and we were unable to decipher what was said due to the accent and incoherently soft tone. We simply asked her to repeat, but she proceeded to suck her teeth, roll her eyes and flung the bread across to the other worker (who was admittedly the only nice one there). It was my younger sisters’ first time ordering for herself, and she felt really bad after the encounter (She cried). Secondly, they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I left I only noticed after I opened it and had to come all the way back. I understand that may have been human error but the audacity to act like it was my fault after coming back to get my own one was absolutely appalling. Fix this issue and ensure that the lady with the drawn on eyebrows and the chubby one have proper costumer service training if they are to continue dealing with people. Thank you.

My thing is if you dont have an item requested and you ask if the customer wants an alternative.when my food comes it should have the alternative not me paying for food that is not what i ordered.nope.not going back.

Ordered 2 Sandwiches and yes they were wrapped up but as far as personal hygiene is concerned We did not appreciate the cashier having a good poke of Her ear whilst handling the sandwiches to put in the bag and handing us the change

Badly managed shop.slow service and several ingredients were not available and the toaster oven was not working.also, no sugar free sift drinks available.staff was not very friendly either.this place could use some new management.

Subway is my FAVORITE fast food chain in America. But since moving to barbados I’ve come to hate subway because this franchise in barbados has serious supply chain issues. I have NEVER been to subway in barbados and been able to get my whole order the way I want without them being out of something. One day I drove to 3 different subways on the island and every single one was out of bread. Another day this subways was out of meat. Another day they were out of cheese. Another day they didn’t have mayo or honey mustard. I live near to lanterns and stop at least once of week trying to get my beloved Italian herbs and cheese with oven roasted chicken breast American cheese lettuce cucumbers Mayo and honey mustard sub… but sadly every week I’m disappointed because they are missing something to make my sub. As an American stuck in Barbados craving my favorite sub I’m begging you to please please please fix your supply chain issues!

I went to subway on Saturday and had their breakfast for the very first time. It was absolutely delicious, satisfying and fresh. I realized however a discrepancy later on in the day with my bill and got in contact with them in regards to the issue at hand (which is my fault because I should have checked before I left), they have opted to rectify the issue. With this I am Impressed. The cookies are also TO DIE FOR. Would highly recommend. Would definitely return soon for another breakfast.

My go-to place for a quick bite when I'm feeling for a sub and salad, freshly baked breads is a plus there

Poor customer service. In addition Everytime I go they are only offering 1/2 type of bread of their wide selection. Also often out of cookies.

The service was good.always nice to see a smile and a good sense of humour to deal with even when mishaps accrue.help to put a person at ease.thanks for the great sandwich n the beautiful smiles.

The service is great and the staff are friendly. The subs are awesome. Too much money for corn and pineapple!
