Popular is a store with a difference.very clean and the prices are right. Good location and on bus route and there is taxi available as well.
Staff friendly and helpful too.
Like every where else the prices have gone up.

Good prices, staff is more professional than managing staff I must say. Not putting them down but they need to fix how they speak to employees in front of customers. Some arent very professional, especially the ones who themselves were in the lower level position before they became supervisors. But as I said, goid prices, guards are great. Cashiers, friendly and polite. No complaints so far. This year lol

I would love to see more cashiers at 7 o'clock in the am when person wants to shop before heading to work.

Terrible long lines the guards at the door chating and not letting in anyone the prices are high terrible place

Popular Discounts opened early on Sunday at 7: 00pm. By time I arrived around 7: 45am, the initial crowd was gone and I was able to walk right in. I enjoyed my shopping experience and I got everything I needed at very good prices!

An excellent and clean environment to shop in! However, service is extremely slow for such a major supermarket and cashiers are extremely slow in servicing people. With approximately 14 service desk, how can you only have 4 opened in the middle of the day? Yes there's covid-19, but, that means that you can still have 7 service stations opened! It's called customers service! If your customers are good enough to come to your store and spend their hard earned money, then I think that your quality of service should be exemplary! Let them see that they're truly appreciated as a valued customer!

It's wonderful and convenient. I love to shop there and the staff is really helpful. I shop there every month and the prices are affordable. I spend at least $800.00 to $1000.00 monthly

That is why Popular Discounts is called Popular Discounts, it is because it is popular with the people and the discounts are endless, in these times of negatives happening around us Popular Discounts is definitely a positive for your family, business, financial situations, health as far as eating right is concerned and maybe helping someone who may not be working or may not have a lot to spend.

Love the spacious supermarket and car park too. But I find I when I shop in the city branch I get out much faster than when I go to the out of city one's. But some of the best shopping prices you could want now in these hard times hope there can be even better.

This is a supermarket on the ground floor with household and cosmetic items on the first floor. There is also a restaurant on the first floor and ample seating arrangements to enjoy your meal. The grocery prices are good which mean, alot of the time, the lines are long. You have to estimate a suitable day in the month and time to avoid the long lines. The bargains, however, negate the line wait and you are almost always satisfied with your purchases. There is a fairly large parking area available, which unfortunately is full most of the time due to the bargains in store. Excellent place for grocery shopping if you are in the area and have time to spare.

This is my once a month grocers spot. Hardly disappointed by the choices and the prices are competitive. Go early or very late to avoid long waits in lines

Popular discount is a great place to shop for groceries in barbados, in general. They have great varieties of products in small and also large protions. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Fresh meats of all kind. Prices are reasonable for both local and visitors. This location is covenient for South and East of Barbados.

Best value grocery on the island no question. Lines to match. Upstairs in the Kendal Hill location has a decent value home store too.

This is the second time I have patronized and I am pretty much happy with the service, product range and layout of the store. Definitely thinking about doing my Christmas shopping there.

Had a very good experience at Popular, Kendall Hill. They did not have what I wanted in the store, although Town had it. She called them and asked that the product be sent to Kendall Hill as well. My telephone number was taken and was promised when it came she will call me.
